       "I used to work for $15 an hour. Now, I'm  unemployed, because the government takes 28 percent  of my income in taxes, 50  percent in child support and I can't live on $1.50 an hour."  That was 5 years ago.  Then his child support more than doubled and  Manley decided enough was enough. 
      On Monday, June 20th, he was upset about not being able to give his daughter away

      A court order dated Wednesday granted custody of the 12-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy to his 
      wife's family.
